Project: A complete educational traffic safety programmedesigned for boys and girls from eight to twelve years old, their families and educators.
The pack of educational materials contains: a folder with a CD, a Teacher’s Guide, an information Poster, general information on traffic safety education, a Family Guide and a website that includes an entry in the yearly school contest.
Class sessions are introduced in audiovisual skits. In them, nine situations demonstrate nine basic points which children should remember, and which are the educational instrument with which the teacher can encourage the children to reflect on.
60.000 students have already followed the program, resulting in proven proficiency for traffic safety education.

RESULTS
Almost 600 schools have taken part, over 1800 conferences have taken place and over 60,800 students have participated in four autonomous communities in Spain. With this, over 60,000 families have been reached (an average of 120,000 individuals).
Materials are designed to be complemented with educational performances in which children, parents and teachers take an active part.
OUR CHALLENGE
To develop an active and recreational project that would bring together several expert’s knowledge on traffic education, pedagogy on child development and traffic safety systems. It is a multimedia educational material that transmits the need to observe traffic safety regulations to all members of society. |
