Project: I International Conference on Media Education, organized by Mizar Multimedia in representation for Mentor Association, in which over 1500 people from all over the world participated, with experts on Media Literacy and with representation from the UNESCO and the European Comission.

RESULTS
Due to the success of the Conference,theMentor Association (leaded by Mizar) is organizing the II International Conference on Media Education that will take place in Dubai in March 2008.
OUR CHALLENGE
For Mentor Association, leaded by its president, and Mizar Multimedia to work together to promote intercultural communication; and the creation of a work platform between different cultures on Media Education, in a world which is becoming more global each day.
Thanks to this, during the I Internacional Conference, a platform has been created for:
- sharing the most recent developments in research
- defining the strategic and methodological lines to follow in order to introduce Media Education in educational systems and
- a reflection on the role that the new information techology and communications (ICT) has on education. |
